Itinerary

Day-1: 

Arrive Geneva Airport/Zurich Airport and travel by train to the traditional resort town of Montreux on Lake Geneva

Day-2:

A full day round trip visit to Chamonix by train via Martigny with a visit to Mer de Glace.

Day-3:

Travel by train from Montreux to Domodossola in Italy and further by Centovalli Express train to Locarno in Switzerland.

Day-4:

Full day to explore the region of Ticino by visiting the famous castles in Bellinzona. Later travel by train to Lugano where one can enjoy a cruise on Lake Lugano to Gandria. Enjoy a nice walk back to Lugano along the promenade of Lake Lugano and spend some time at Parco Ciani before returning back to Locarno.

Day-5:

Travel by train to Bellinzona from where one can board the Gotthard Panorama Express to Luzern. This journey is a combination of a train ride to Flüelen and by Ship cruise to Luzern

Day-6:

Visit Mt. Stanserhorn by a funicular and world's first open air cable car Cabrio. Enjoy spectacular view of the Lake Luzern and the surrounding Swiss Alps.

Day-7:

Travel by train from Luzern to Zurich. Optional visit to Rhein Falls. Explore Zurich at your own pace and enjoy some shopping at the famous Bahnhofstrasse.

Day-8:

Transfer to Zurich airport by train
